How do I RSVP?
Invitations for New York City 2014 will be mailed in early April. To RSVP, visit www.newyorkcity2014.com with your ticket selection. You also have the option when you RSVP online to have your credit card information transfer to auction night. This will make check-in a breeze so we highly recommend it.What is Reserved Seating?
With Reserved Seating, you will be assigned a seat at a specific numbered table—look for your name card. These tables are closer to the stage and all of the auction action. As a Reserved ticket holder, you will enjoy two bottles of wine and two pitchers of beer at your table, along with coffee service. Your dinner will also be served before the general seating tables.What should I wear?
The gym and auditorium are not air conditioned, so it may be very warm in these locations. Dress attire is casual, comfortable and cool but feel free to add some NYC style! Women often arrive in dresses, skirts, or capri pants. Men have been known to wear dressy shorts or casual pants along with short sleeve shirts.Do I need cash? What are my options for payment of my purchases?
You will need cash to make purchases at the bar. The silent and live auctions, as well as auction night raffles and other activities, are paid for by using a credit card number. You can register a credit card at check-in the night of auction. However, if you RSVPed online and selected to have your credit card information transfer for use on auction night, then it will already be attached to your bid number when you check-in.How long is the silent auction?
The silent auction starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:30pm.How long is the live auction?
The live auction starts at 8:15pm and ends at 9:30pm.When can I checkout?
Checkout begins at 11:00pm Saturday night in the gymnasium. If you have to leave early, you can also checkout Sunday morning from 10:00am-1:00pm in the extended day hallway.How can I help?
